Clean Eating Jalapeno Burgers
I loved these, my husband loved these and my challengers loved these clean eating jalapeno burgers.
They fit nicely into a Paleo Diet or Whole30.
You can use any ground organic meat you like. In these photos I used ground chicken combined with ground turkey.
12 ounces ground chicken
12 ounces ground turkey
1 1/4 cups white onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
3-5 cloves garlic,minced
1-2 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp smokey paprika
1 tbsp red pepper flakes Guacamole
Mix together all ingredients. Divide to form 8 patties. Grill over medium high heat until burger is cooked through. Flip when bottom side of burger no longer sticks to the grill. I chose to broil, on a broil pan, middle rack. Top with guacamole if desired.
These can be stored airtight in the fridge for several days and can also be frozen.
