Rosemary, Garlic and Lemon Chicken

Rosemary, Garlic and Lemon Chicken for 2. Double if needed.

1 tbsp avocado oil
3-5 cloves garlic minced
Juice of one fresh lemon
Himalayan Salt
Fresh cracked pepper
6 sprigs of rosemary
Sliced lemon for garnish

Heat skillet, add avocado oil and garlic cook hot for about 3 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Add chicken breast to brown on each side and 1/2 the rosemary sprigs. Squeeze out some more lemon over the chicken.
Remove and place in a baking dish with all the drippings and rosemary. Add the rest of your sprigs and lemon slices.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve.
