Shelly’s Clean Eating Tuna Patties

Try my delicious clean eating tuna patties!

Makes aprox. 5 patties

1 tbsp olive oil
2 6.5 ounce cans of tuna
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup almond meal
1 egg
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp Bragg’s Aminos
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 glove garlic minced
1/2 sweet onion minced
Couple dashes of hot sauce (your choice)
Himalayan Salt

Heat olive oil in skillet. Mix all together and form patties. Place in skillet and cook aprox 8-10 minutes each side until browned and crisp on the outside.
