Late snacking after dinner? Do you struggle with this?
This is one very valuable tip I’ve been implementing for over 1 year now and it has truly helped me break the terrible habit of robotically snacking after dinner. Commit to doing this for 7 solid evenings and you will break this cycle.
Prior to “Closing my Kitchen” I was letting this habit get the best of me. Although I was eating healthy snacks, the calories were way more than I needed.
