Love Yourself Healthy Accountability Group Starts February 20th, 2017

How many Monday mornings have you woke up having to face all the self-sabotage you inflicted upon yourself over the weekend?  Bloated, can barely wake up, guilty and ashamed that once again you have to start over. Admitting once again that all your hard work you accomplished last week, was once again completely undone?  Afraid to face the mirror, dark circles under your eyes, looking and feeling 10 years older than you are?  Or perhaps, still fighting the same 20 pounds you have been trying to release for what feels like forever?

Now is the time to stop feeling the guilt, the shame and the negative self-talk, to make you a priority and place a commitment on your health and fitness.   This is how you are going to boost confidence, be in a better mood every day and start to see progress.

What about belly fat?  The most common question I get asked is “how do I reduce belly fat?”

I promise you can lose it. If I did so can you.  I’m going to help you with how to eat, what to eat and when to eat.  I’m going to help you with workouts suited for you, your level of fitness and what you like to do. I’m going to make sure you get results fairly quickly into these 30 days so you don’t get frustrated and give up.

How do you feel right now?  Are you sick of your clothes not fitting?  Are you tired of looking in the mirror?  Is your self-confidence in the toilet? Are you tired of watching yourself age faster than you can think? Do you have health issues?  Are your cravings out of control?  This is everything I WAS 6 years ago.  I was a hot mess and did not know what to do. I had no plan, I had no hope.

And then…

Someone reached out to me and invited me to clean up my diet.  To eat clean.  For once, this was a way to eat that I could wrap my head around because it was simple. The person that invited me also placed me in a group for support where I could learn and understand why and how to eat clean.  I was also tired of throwing money down the toilet by paying personal training fees and gym fees that were not cheap and I was still not working out consistently.  My new coach suggested a home workout program that was a very minimal investment. I was shocked in fact. I had a small bedroom I could workout in and I had a small space in our basement. I used my laptop and I used my DVD player to steam my workouts. I was also amazed the program she and I chose together for me came with a provided schedule.  Was it really this easy?  YES!  Holy smokes!! All of a sudden I was motivated and excited and found a drive that I had no idea was inside me.  I was ready to finally make some solid changes in my health.

I made myself a priority.  I actually looked forward to every workout each day.  I created a habit of getting up a bit earlier to workout. That schedule was invaluable to me. Of course some days were tough, not every day was Disneyland.  There were times I felt defeated. There were times I did think my results were coming or showing up fast enough. I promised myself to trust the process.  To keep going even after a bad day. Not only did I lose weight and inches. I actually saw muscle. As I ate cleaner and drank shakeolgoy daily, in just 2 months, my skin started to look dewy and soft again.  My hair became thicker and omgoodness did my energy increase. I was not constipated and I was sleeping like a baby every darn night.  My Hashimoto’s finally leveled out. I started to like myself again. I began to walk taller, speak louder and my confidence was coming back. I was stronger physically too.  My endurance increased. I felt like I could reach the moon. Sugar, alcohol and processed foods were no longer controlling my life. I was in control of my life.

Had I not had the support of my coach, the support and encouragement of the other ladies in my group, I would have quit, I would have given up and I would be back to starting over every Monday.  I truly found how to love myself healthy.  Can you relate to this?  Do my words and my experience speak to you?  Open yourself up to trust me, to join my group that starts on February 20th.

When does the group start?  
Monday, February 20, 2017 with a week of plan and preparation and the workouts start the following Monday.  This group will be 5 weeks long with the option to continue into a second phase and a third phase.

What Do I Need For This Group?
Each member is required to have me as her coach.  You can create an account HERE.

You are required to do a Beachbody fitness program, which I will help you to pick the one that best fits your needs.  When you fill out the application below I will contact you to go over your needs, your current struggles and then decide the program for you.

You are required to replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the 5 weeks because as I am teaching you how to change your eating habits and give you the tools to make this a lifestyle change we want to have at least 1 meal each day that is quick and easy but isn’t lacking in your nutritional quality.  Shakeology does that!  It is my saving grace because quite honestly there are days that I am so busy that I don’t have time to make a balanced meal so this is my go to!!!  Plus it really does taste like dessert.

You are required to log into our closed My Challenge Tracker App daily where I am going to share tips, recipes, meal plans, tips to handle eating out, and emotional eating plus improving your body image.  We will truly take your journey one day at a time.  I have been through the process and I know at what point you want to throw in the towel, I know when you hit plateaus and what situations tend to trip you up.  I have tools and tips for all of those.  There is no more trying to navigate this change on your own.  We are working at this together.
